Well I made a research on the internet and found out that you can still recover your lungs and heart if you stop smoking after 10 years.. but more than 10 years it is very dangerous for your body.. just wanted to share this information with you so you pass it to your friends and parents..

My dad's smoked since he was 17, he's now 50.

Your dad will die soon.

how is his health.. does he smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day?.. I hope he quits and you do your best to make him stop too

I'm not going to tell him to do anything. He doesn't smoke more than that, but he most likely used to.
I won't "make" him do anything.

Why are you trying to tell other people what to do?

because I feel there is no higher authority
