Try to be a little more sensitive here. I didn't want to hurt his feelings, as he is my best friend, but I will certainly not engage in a relationship with him in which I feel no feelings and/or sexual and physical attraction. That would be a terrible thing to do, as I would only have to break up with him and hurt his feelings even more.
