UTK is really a straight party school. Flagship? For what? The biggest draw for that place is either the football or the parties. I think that's the flagship. i don't know. to be honest im looking into it because i don't think i'd stand a chance at these colleges up here. fucking U of M, state, super expensive this and that that requires loans.
