Have you ever tried to talk to anyone about what is happening? About what has happened in your past that is bothering you? Sometimes it does good to just talk about it to someone. They might be able to help you or give you a bit of advice. Or just talk to someone to vent a bit. It's not good to just keep your emotions inside you and not say anything. If you don't want to tell anyone, try writing them out or something. It will help you understand your self a lot better.
