i think i'm at a point right now where my inner self has completely surfaced, totally raw. and it is not pretty. it reveals a selfish, bratty , horrible side. and its not helpful at all really because im pretty sure others can see it too. =/

Work on changing in, not on a surface level but really changing it. It's like getting out of a bad habit, it seems impossible but after a while you don't even realize you're doing it anymore.

i think about change all the time, and all the things i SHOULD be doing, but i really can't drag myself to do it.

Well try just slowing down before you say or do something that shows the traits you want to get rid of and take a long breath long enough to really think about it (not so long that they think you've passed out). It took me a while but worked for me.

so basically you're saying, think before i act? =S

Yes but when you put it like that it just goes in one ear and out the other.

ahhhh how else should i interpret it?

Any way that you'll take into consideration.

take what

The advice.
