i'm confused about a lot of things. one is why people act the way they do and how i'm supposed to respond the correct way.  i always feel like i'm doing something wrong and that others don't respect me. when i'm in my room i dwell on it. i wish i were good enough. i try to find the truth all the time, for example: if i were hotter i'd get a date effortlessly or stuff like that. it's weird but if it actually happened i wouldn't like it. that's just an example.

basically i'm lost and wish someone would help me see the truth. the truth of everyday incidents and teach me how to act. until then i will think erratically.

  To be honest, I can't really tell you how to think positively. It's just something that you yourself have to set your mind to. However, spending more time with people and keeping yourself busy will clear your mind of negative thoughts.

  Just wake up every day and be thankful that you are alive and appreciate everything that you have. That's a good start to thinking positively.

 


 
 I think one of the reasons I think negatively is because i was raised as an easy target, not on purpose though. so i feel like others only see me as an easy target for some reason and don't respect me.


Well, if the others don't know that you were an "easy target," then that's not going to be the reason why they don't respect you. You're probably just giving off a very negative vibe.

I know I definately do give off a negative vibe. =/

Well, if the others don't know that you were an "easy target," then that's not going to be the reason why they don't respect you. You're probably just giving off a very negative vibe.

I dwell all the time too on how I'M acting and what the effects of it are, although its very difficult to change. i feel very alone. i've grown a bad habit of paying great great attention to the situation around me and how it actually is, rather than what everyone percieves it to be. i know its stupid. like i said, i feel very alone.
