I am barley holding on. There is nothing left in my life that I can hold on to. Everything is so screwed up. I just wish someone would call me and tell me how much they care but the phone never rings for me anymore. I never see anyone I care about anymore and none of them try to come see me. It's like I am locked up in this house and i am always in pain because it is this house that is causing me pain. It hurts.

What works best for me is to motivate myself to do something creative like drawing or writing it has gotten me through very tough times

That does not seem to work for me as well.

Obviously there's a lot about the situation that I don't know, so I won't advise you to talk to your parents about leaving the house (unless you think that will work).

But if I had to stay at home and my friends were ignoring me, I would read as many books as possible - the escapism of fiction is powerful in a situation like yours. I would also exercise, which helps the symptoms of depression. As for friends? Again, I don't know you or your friends so I don't know why they are ignoring you but when friends ignore me, I just say "Fine. You want to ignore me so I'll ignore you right back until you get your act together." Then I talk to other people and get friendlier with them. I'm betting you have a MySpace or a Facebook or some way to get in touch with people you know who you don't think of as "friends." Try to build friendships with one of them. Otherwise, LiveWire is a good place to socialize if you're feeling lonely. Lastly, there are plenty of places online where you can find TV shows and movies if you just want to veg' out for a while.

Have you ever thought of seeing a counselor or therapist?
Talking about your problems does actually help.
And as far as your friends go, can't you call them?
I'm sure they do care, they just don't know how to show it.

I already see a counselor and that does not help. I have tried calling my friends but none of them answer the phone. It's like they are all ignoring me.

What about making new friends?

And I'll bet your friends aren't all collectively ignoring you, and if they are, either they aren't really worth your time or you should confront them about it.

I am not allowed to go any where so I can not make new friends and yes they are all ignoring me.

Hey, just because people don't call to say it doesn't mean they don't care. Maybe you just need to reach out to them and let them know you need some support. Pick up the phone and see what someone is up to. Maybe they can keep you company or your can visit them.

Is there any reason you have to stay at home? If not, why not go out? Not just to socialize but to see something new. It sounds like you're tired of seeing the same stuff over and over again. Try to break the routine!
