This isn't a cry for help, just musing.

I used to cut about 3 years ago, it didn't get serious because my friend snapped me out of it. I took a break from LW about a year after I quit, and I've been back now for maybe a month.

The thing is, I've recently had my first cravings to cut again since I returned to LW. Honestly, I didn't think of it once before now. I think it's because there are so many topics on here about cutting it kinda reminds your brain, I used to do that...and it felt pretty good.

Bad, bad thoughts.

I know, sometimes Livewire's had a negative affect on me too (not really with cutting). I can see how there is a lot of triggering content.

I hate to think that the posts in here (I guess particularly this forum, yeah?) may be triggering people.

If TDEI causes you issues, be careful, and maybe avoid it when you're feeling vulner... wtf am I saying? Er, avoid it when you're feeling vulnerable unless you need to make a topic* and don't focus on the ones that might trigger.

Does anyone think it would help if topics about cutting had 'trigger' in the title, or something to warn you beforehand? Cos it can be discussed.

edit: lol, mind you, pretty much every topic in here would probably need it.

Not a bad idea really.

Yeah I kinda get where you coming from... but if you have quit for so long it would be horrible to have to go back to it.

But think how much it makes everything feel so much worse in the long run. It helps at the time but then It's shit after. Don't go back :)
