| Since you mentioned that you are snowed in...your blues could be caused by seasonal affective disorder where some people are depressed when the cold or winter weather comes. This affects the hormones in your brain and should go away in time. Until it does try to do something fun to get your mind off of those feelings...If these feelings last more than a month I would suggest seeing someone since it may have become regualr depression. |

The single part is hard though because you're snowed in so you can't go find anybody right now. But you can think of things to do. Try calling friends or make a list of music you wanna download. Dance and sing at full volume! |
