I'm the slightest bit sore, but I feel I can still workout, will I see more gain if I workout today too? :D

No of course not if you are exercising the same muscle the next day.

You need to rest the muscle for at least 3 days for it to build.

I always think working out again if I'm sore helps it. I just go a little lighter or focus on a different area.
