I honestly wouldn't be. He just sounds like a nice guy. Go out to eat with him, if he makes a move, or what you think is a move, kindly ask him if he's gay and tell him that you aren't. No prob! No reason you two still can't be weight-lifting-buddies or whatever, right?
Yeah that's what I thought, but then I also thought about how weird it was to ask for my phone number so fast, without hardly any talking..
Well think about how paranoid people are these days. He's probably been looking for someone to work out with for a while, but gotten turned down by a lot of guys who thought he was a creep. Who knows if it really happened or not, just saying. It was probably a safety net, just to make sure you weren't going to bail on him later. |

Don't be worried, he might just be looking for a friend? or just an overly-nice person? Even so, if he is gay it's nothing to worry about. If he makes a move just explain your straight.
I agree. His actions don't necessarily speak gay. It just sounds like he is in need of somebody to hang out with, a friend.. But then of course, there is still a possibility of his homosexuality. |

| He might just be friendly. If you're uncomfortable about it, just work out with him and tell him you have plans so can't go for dinner. Or go for dinner, and tell him your straight if he makes a move on you. |

| Hmm. Does seem a bit weird. If he comes off kind of gay, he probably is... |
