I can't figure out what to write in this essay like how to start it of.

i Know i want to write about how the media can effect us to make us feel horrible with who we are and how some people are not effected and some are
how people with anorexia and obeseity are looked down on just as well as each other  
how people who are skinny are labelled anorexic by lots of people

but how can i start my essay?

Start out with something like:
"Some say the icon of beauty is the barbie doll, while others like their women large and in charge. What is beauty? The Dictionary definiton says beauty is..blahblahblahblah but in my eyes, beauty is in every single one of us."
