| I'm pretty much the same height and weight as you, and you are thin, I can tell you know this, but just keep reminding yourself you are healthy as you are. |

| That is nothing. You're meant to eat at least 1,200 per day! AT LEAST. I know that illnesses like this are hard to get over though. It takes forever it seems like. It's been 3 1/2 years since I did anything like that and I still struggle with it every single day. Just do something to remind yourself that you are lovely and wonderful and deserve nourishment. |
