Like it's actually snapped, not just faulty. If you find out somewhere in Leeds, i'll up it to 500. And YES I know i'd need a new DVD drive. Please :(

The what now? The drive that came with it when you bought it from the manufacturer or retailer. Anyway, the site is down for maintenance so I can't get too much information on it just yet but I'll check again later.
