I think it has Willem Dafoe in it, but I didn't find it in his imdb movie list. It's about a group of boys, who get into trouble for stealing a hot dog cart, and rolling it down a subway entrance, and accidentally killed someone. They when to some juvenile detention center, and there was this one guards who abused them. They grew up and one of them became a lawyer, or something, and got together with the other boys, to sue the guard.   If you know the name of this movie, or who was in it, then let me know please.
