portugal legalised all drugs, or atleast alot of them. ofcourse portugal wins, but they steal small blonde haired, blue eyed little brittish children ahaha |

... Not really. I imagine the use of cannabis is higher, and possibly even MDMA, but that's because people are smart and recognise that the risks involved with taking said drugs are lower. Hence higher usage rates. And our system has acid and shrooms classed as Class A drugs, which is ridiculous. Do you know who has the best drug classification system? Portugal. Check it out. |
