In my opinion, that's about the most disgusting thing you can lie about. It frustrates me so much I just want to rip all the hair out my skull. It's one thing lying to your friends and family for whatever fucked up reason. But lying to your partner about it? Now that's just so amazingly low. Sure, I'm not proud of my history, just like a lot of people aren't. But that's still no excuse and it's something I would never lie about. If it means that the person doesn't want to have sex with me because of it, then so be it - that's their decision. They have a right to know the truth.
