| Ok, I admit to not reading all of the replies, but yeah - wash your hair. If it's that dry, use moisturizing shampoo. (Try Pantene). |

Washing your hair massages it, if you don't, you'll be bald by the time you're 20. Wash ur hair, comb it, DONE! Geeez, are you that lazy? Or is it not obvious you should wash it?
No, thats massaging the head, which makes the bloodflow good in your scalp (or something like that!) which reduces hair loss. If you don't wash it, or brush it, the only thing that will happen is your'll get strands of hair falling out (which are the bits that have already fallen out but you havn't brushed away, or washed away). |

Oily or not, its still dirty. I suggest you wash it atleast once a week if you don't want to wash it that often. |

dont use gel..it will dry your hair out more when its wet use a leave in conditioner or something...something with moisture...but stay away from gels and mousses. maybe also just co-washing your hair? like washing your hair with conditioner instead of shampoo so it doesnt strip the oils in ur hair yet still cleans it as much as it can. |

| I don't know how anyone would even admit that they don't wash their hair. I am surprised that anyone would even want to be within an arms distance of you much less be a gf. I assume you don't take showers either because if you shower you would want to wash your hair, wouldn't you? Nothing is as foul smelling as cologne over dirty skin or hair. You've got a real problem but here's some information you might consider. http://www.hintsandthings.co.uk/bathroom/razzamatazz.htm |

| thank you 2kewl4u2know for at least trying. does everyone think i would not wash my a hair if it worked. about 3 year i tryed every moisturizing shampoo/conditioner product for dry frizzy hair and no matter how expensive it was it would still leave my hair a dry mess. I really do wish i could wash my hair everyday, it takes 30 seconds and gets the job done nicely for smell but it just ravages my hair |

ok aparently no one is comprehending this, if i wash my hair it turns into a giant rats nest of dry hair. i have NO oil in my hair which for me means it take me about a week of no washing to get enough oil in my hair to just comb it and remove the poof. if i just run my head under hot water it strips the oil form my hair, i don't really car if you think its gross since no one can tell i don't wash my hair. shampoo is way too strong, even paired with conditioner. is there any product that just removes smell.
While it's wet, comb it and put some gel in it...go to a hair salon and they'll give you something...or you can buy detangler spray. Really though, there's nothing you can do other than wash your hair or spray it with cologne. |

Okay, Oily or not you should wash your hair at least every 3 days. Just because it doesn't look dirty doesn't mean it isn't. That will take care of the smell, and it will make your hair more healthy.
Unless you have dreds in which case you not supposed to wash it on a regular basis. |
