I've had my monroe for over two years now:

And a few days ago I got my back done:

I'd like to get my septum pierced, I've been playing with the idea of gauging my ears a small amount, and I'd like to get a microdermal on my upper cheek area.
I have to wait for the first and last though because I'm technically not even supposed to have the piercing on my face at my job, but they let it slide because it's not a big deal unless corporate is there.

Holy shit, did that HURT? And how'd they do it?

Yeah, it actually hurt a lot, not gonna lie. I got two dermal anchors, so it's not a surface bar. I keep forgetting to specify that.

Ouch. Sorry, I'm a HUGE sook when it comes to piercings of any type, and this looks super painful. Ugh. What if you want to take them out one day?

I think they can be sort of manipulated out by massaging the skin around it, but they become more set in place the longer they're in. I can't imagine having any reason to take them out though, they're only visible in underwear/swimming suit.

Oh yeah I was dead for a while but it wasn't very interesting so I came back. Seems like nothing changed.

Eh, pretty good when you get down to it. Working on my ink collection. The woman who was doing my rotary needle work got fucking fired so now I've got half a rotary sleeve and I need to find someone else who can finish it because she went back to fucking Germany. Just my goddamn luck, you know?

God, that sucks! Poor thing =/
Hard to find someone with just the right style to match up too.

And then some. If it was just copying the style I could probably find someone who could finish it, but because of it being done in dot work I can't find anyone who could even have a go.

I have a couple of questions about eyebrow piercings. I've had my eyebrow pierced before, but it unfortunately grew out. I want to get it pierced again, for my birthday. I do have a bit of scar tissue, and I was wondering how much it would hurt to go through it, if it all. I was also wondering if it's true that it can be pierced behind the scar tissue, and that the scar tissue would act as an anchor, and reduce the chance of it growing out again. I've also heard that using straight barbells and cleaning the piercing with hydrogen peroxide makes it more likely to grow out, and I was wondering why. Does anybody know?

Piercing through scar tissue hurts like a bastard, but it heals pretty quick so it's a trade off. An eyebrow re-piercing would be done behind the scar tissue anyway, so it's not really an issue. Your piercer should be able to tell you this shit and give a personal recommend that's going to be far better than any internet guesswork we can provide.

As for growing out, in my experience straight barbells grow out slower - I've got three straights in my eyebrow and I've never had trouble with them, while the two horseshoes grew out pretty quick, so it's kind of a crapshoot.
