This is a picture I drew in a notebook then scanned it on my computer (which was a major pain in the butt)
I believe it sort of symbolizes a quote I heard a while back "Politics is where greed wears the mask of morality" and the flag hanging upside down is a sign of distress. The flagpole is broken because the legs that America stand on are the people who spend their lives breaking their backs on jobs that are left unappreciated by the entire world.
