I'm in a room but I'm not really myself, like I'm just observing. The whole room in black and their is a white cat that is walking on what I assume is a shelf because it's in mid-air. So it's walking across the shelf and suddenly it falls of and tumbles through the air.

I can only assume it lands on the ground because just when the cat is out of my line of sight I wake up and I myself have fallen out of bed.

Does anyone have any Idea why this happens so often or what it means?
