Hmm, I know how you feel. I go through phases like that a lot myself, but it will really be for the best if you can resist going back into that spiral. I know it's hard. but I really, really doubt you need to lose weight. You might want to see a doctor, just to make sure, but I doubt it. You could always toning up a little too, that's what I try when I feel like I need to drastically lose weight. It's much better for you.

I know what you mean. =/ I have been super self concious about my weight too lately.  Feel so huge compared to other girls. I'm a UK size 10-12 on top and 12-14 bottom. Which says I'm not huge but I see different in the mirror. Been eating less and less every day. I had an eating disorder last year, and part of me is scared it's coming back again, and I dunno how to stop it.
