One of these two children would grow up to be the dominant one in the relationship. Not necessarily ruling over the other, but just more in control.
I don't think racism could develop as they would not know what race is living in such isolation. Opinions and morals are influenced by what is around us, If they are the only two they'd pretty much be living off instincts.
