is overwhelming. i love it. i'm going through with this, as i have no other option. i've tried so many diets and only gained weight. this gave me tips to not eat much and still boost my metabolism.
anyone who has stopped eating to lose weight, how long did it take to lose like 10 lbs? and when did u plateau? (stop losing weight)

Eh. Thinspiration, seriously? Not the best thing in the world. While it may seem like a good idea now, it's going to cause so many issues down the road for you it isn't even funny. I won't bother going into them, since you really didn't ask for my (or anyones) opinion on this. There are other options, and you can't expect to lose weight if you don't work out/exercise....
Eh. I lost 10 pounds in less then three weeks. The first ten shed like easy, but I started to plateau around 117 (where I am now) and then it dipped to 106 fast (for some reason?) before I came to the conclusion that I needed to stop.
