I just started university three days ago and i cant seem to make any friends :( wtf is wrong with me? i try honestly, i talk to ppl and met some nice ones, but it seems that theyve already formed their own cliques and dont want to invite me in. I live on the same floor as them but the first day i chilled with my room-mate to get to know her until one of her friends from hs arrived and she started hanging out with him completely. I dont know waht to do... i know its the third day but its frosh week and i have no friends :(

The biggest thing to do if you are in a dorm is just leave your door open.
You would be amazed how many people wander by, and stop to say hello. You can make a lot of friends that way.
Don't be shy. Invite people places and go places. Everyone is in the same situation as you. Most people would be very grateful to have you introduce yourself, because they are looking for new friends, too.

well i was hoping to at least get to know some ppl and when im hanging out w. the ppl on my floor its jsut plain awkward cause i clearly dont belong there and they don really want me. all the conversations "skip" me and im not stupid i can take a hint. as for leaving doors open i do its just ugh nvm ive always been like this shouldnt have expected anything ot change!
