Breakfast: Vegemite on one peice of toast (vegemite is so much less calories than other stuff )

Recess: nothing
Lunch: Half a cookie (i must say im dissapointed in myself)

Diner : some vegetables with a peice of chicken thingo

Oh and a tiny peice of cake as my friends BAH!!! ANGRY FACE!!!

FAR OUT THATS HEAPS!!!! Shit.
And are lolly pops many calories?

To be honest, if you're going to cut your calorie count like this, you need to eat something more- healthy and substantial. A cookie isn't cutting it.

Go for a small salad or something like that.

i went through exactly the same thing you did. an apple a day keeps the doctor away? i ate nothing but an apple.
now im stuck going through the rollercoaster binge effect. nothing for a week, binge weekend.
today i had pancakes for breakfast and for dinner i went and had chips with creamy mushroom sauce and a special salad with creamy coleslaw and pasta shit

To be honest, that really isn't a sufficient amount for your body.

Have you ever talked to a health professional about this? It sounds like you may have a form of disordered eating. They can help you get back on track with your eating and draw up health, achieveable plans for you.
