If you go back to the campus which you came from, is there any way that you can try to talk your way into playing for that school? Surely they won't turn you down just because of some huge hectic mistake at another school, right? If not that, are you able to come back to UH after the upcoming year with a scholarship? If not, then I personally would try to make up some time and go to UH even though they messed your credits up.

Every college messes up every now and then with those things, and I guess it'd be best to bring it up with someone who actually knows what they are doing and talking about, rather than someone who's going to flick it away to the next department. It does suck a lot, and you do have options. Just line them up and choose the one which is best for you.

Well, new things aren't necessarily always easy, are they? You need to take things one step at a time. Instead of stressing over this whole situation, try to attack individual pieces of it. Yea, I know you've tried talking to them and it got you basically no where, but hey, different people work different shifts. It all depends on who answers the phone, so perhaps you could try calling them in the morning and laying out exactly what's wrong and perhaps they will understand it then. You did get a scholarship, and it would pretty much screw you over by throwing it all away.

That would look a lot better on a returning application for sure, and that would just help things flow easier and so forth. I doubt they'd deny you going back if you choose plan one which would be going back to the campus you're on now.
