I understand the frustration. It's annoying as hell when someone assumes things like that. Not to mention there is a huge difference between both anorexia and bulimia. You really should set her straight, like Shibs said, and tell her right from wrong. It's never good to have things like that spread around school/etc. especially when there is no truth behind them. For your sister to just do that is highly ignorant. Perhaps you need to get a lock for your diary though.
