The general purpose of this forum is for members to discuss and raise issues that contribute to stress or anger in their lives, and how these can be tackled and dealt with. This is a forum for members to give and receive support, therefore if you're just looking to vent and release your frustration, and don't necessarily want support, then you should post in Rants & Angry Arguments.

This is a support forum, and therefore we expect supportive replies from members. Replies that are abusive, non-supportive or non-contributive will be removed at the discretion of LiveWire staff.

Specifically, we'd like you to avoid:

  • Insulting, demeaning or making fun of other members. We will not tolerate this sort of behaviour, it is entirely unsupportive, and only makes members feel worse about themselves and the issues they may have. Do not post unless you have something constructive and helpful to say to the member. They're here to seek help not receive abuse.

  • Telling members to encourage harm or cause harm to others. Whether made in jest or seriousness to insult the member, or as a suggestion to help members cope with their problems, this is absolutely unacceptable. While some people may use it as a coping mechanism, it is harmful both emotionally and physically, so it is not an appropriate suggestion.
Welcome to the forum and happy posting!

Also please remember that the general forum guidelines do still apply, as well as the Terms of Use.
