Okay, here's the thing, the computer is fucked up at the moment due to some kind of crap that not a single program is able to filter out of my system. But I can't re-install jsut yet, because I don't have a fucking install CD from Windows XP or any other version.

And sporaddically out of the blue it starts Internet Explorer and bitches that it can't acces the internet. This because I don't want to see advertisements for Bulgarian cell-phones, so I switched it to working offline. But now, when it starts, my computer freezes up and I get the blue screen of death. So tell me, how can I make sure that it won't even start up in the first place? Like, is there a registry key I can edit so that it can't find the folder or something?

what the hell do you think I'm on right now? Firefox is running smoothly. It's some fucking malware program that is seating OUTSIDE the system that tries to open up Iexplore.exe (internet explorer) to piss me off with Bulgarian cell-phones and blow up my computer.

Just change your startup programs in control panel.

I've tried that and several other things, it actually deleted the malware and stuff, but when I reboot, it's there again.

Try doing a system restore. I had a problem like that and it fixed it right up. Make sure you do it from your recovery disk because the malware I had prevented me from doing it from a normal boot.

P.S. I just read that you don't have a install cd. I would get one from the internet via bittorrent.

P.S.S Maybe buying one of the phones would help?

Getting rid of IE is not that easy. In fact, with later versions of Windows there's no satisfactory way of removing it completely without risking crippling Windows itself, but you've allready done that anyway.

If you really want to remove IE completely then read about nLite.

http://www.nliteos.com/nlite.html

nLite can strip down windows, and even remove fital programs such as IE. I've only used it to strip down XP to make a performance edition XP install disk. However i do believe it can also strip down currently installed versions of XP.

Can you access Windows XP? If you can, Start it in safe mode.
To start it in safe mode you need to tap F8 while the computer is turning on. Make sure that you have downloaded ComboFix. Run ComboFix while Windows XP is in safe mode. ComboFix is a freeware that cleans your computer of a lot of errors, malware and malicious files. It is simple to use it, You just have to follow the on screen instructions. You can read the manual for it Here. If the virus has still not been removed you should download another freeware; Spybot Search & Destroy. Make sure that you also have an anti-virus program installed to ensure that your PC is secure and that you perform regular scans to make sure any new viruses are not infecting your computer; A recommended free anti-virus program is AVG.   If you are having any trouble with either of the softwares I have suggested or my solution hasn't worked you can PM me and I will try and trouble shoot your problem to the best of my ability.

If you cannot access Windows XP because of a BSOD (Blue screen of death) or another error, You should post what the BSOD message says so that the people who try to troubleshoot your problem can provide you with the best advice possible in order to solve your problem. If you post the error message your problem may be able to be solved using Recovery Console, You don't need the Windows XP CD to access recovery console, You can download a free stand-alone CD containing the recovery console from Microsoft's website. If you have no files to loose on your hard drive and you aren't concerned about any of the files on your computer the fastest solution to fix this problem is to format your hard drive and make a new installation of Windows XP. If you don't have the CD like you mentioned (I have had this problem before!) you can try and buy a second hand one off eBay or some other store, or you can ask a friend if they have one you can borrow. Make sure you have your own license key written down before attempting to re-install Windows XP.
