explain something to me please? ^^ I was watching this video on how to learn the alphabet, it's a kid's song. Well, near the end they use "ﻻ" lam alif.

In the song, also waw ( و) came before he ( ه‍‍). They are malaysian, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Anyway, I always see the alphabet ending at yaa ( ي)

so... I'm confused, what is ﻻ (lam alif) and how do you use it?

EDIT:

hmm ok I guess lam an alif combine to make "la" (no) is ﻻ .

If that's the case, is this yes? ناام

I tried to learn a few years ago. The tape and book I bought didn't really explain the alphabet very well. And it was almost all phonetic. Best of luck to you!

Thanks ^^ I'd just like to learn it and eventually be able to write out the basics, even small words lol.

Yuck Spanish. Well, it's sort of practical for me since I'm Muslim and all, though I guess it isn't 100% REQUIRED. It sucks though, should be easier lol.
