is it really Windows Live Messenger?

Every time I try to find MSN messenger it comes back to Windows Live Messenger. I know they're both basically the same and my buddy list and such is the same. Are there any features in MSN that are better though. Is there even an actual MSN messenger anymore?

They just changed the name, The last "MSN Messenger" was like 2007 or 2008 I think. Windows Live Messenger is the latest version of MSN messenger.
Stick to Windows Live Messenger if you want the latest updates and that.
