There tends to be a correlation, but no real definitive connection/cause-and-effect. The younger you start having sex, most often the more partners that person has over their lifetime. Again though, that's all correlative, not a result of having sex when young.

Not because you're younger... it doesn't make you more susceptible. But in general, if you're having sex younger, you may be having more partners, or you may not be well informed about STDs and so you don't practice safe sex. So in that sense, there may be a correlation... but it's not because something your body has developed to lead to such.
