If you are going by Christianity, then Christ will someday again rise from the dead and offer us eternal salvation.

Basically he will then decide who gets into heaven, and who does not.

Well the way I was taught he isn't brought back from the dead as much as he returns from heaven at the end times.  Either way I shouldn't speak since I lost my faith in Christianity after years of trying to believe.
