Omnipotent One Patron Support Leader
Today I wake up to a phone bill of £80. Due to the fact that Orange are incompetent arseholes who canceled my free weekend and evening Internet (that I pay for) without my consent, to then instead charge me £40 in Internet charges.
I ring them up and they say they have it recorded that on the 21st September I asked them to cancel it. I didn't. I asked them to cancel itemised billing because they sent me a letter that must have used up a whole FUCKING TREE to print (it was 290ish pages long).
If they think I'm paying for it they can suck my bum. However the supervisor wasn't there so it can't be sorted until Monday.
To make matter worse, I walk out of my house with my phone in my hand because somebody was ringing me. Get a drink out of my bag. AND LOW AND BEHOLD I drop my phone. Cracking the screen.
I could have cried. It still works, perfectly... I hope.
I'm just so fed up with Orange. I've had so many problems with them since I took out this contract. I just want to cancel it.

Phone companies suck like that. Our phone and cable/internet companies have both done stuff like that to us at one point or another.
Definitely don't pay it, they're the ones at fault!!
Sorry about the screen, that's a bummer. If you're careful with it though, you should be able to make it last until you can get a new one. My screen has been cracked for around 4 months or so. It's about to fall apart completely now, but the point is they can survive an oops hehe.
290 pages? My god, that is a waste.
Orange is a pretty cool name for a cell company though (as LifesGood01 mentioned).
