okay;

so i have a diet plan;

No soda, No sugars, No coffee, just propel and stuff.

um. and for food;

nothing fattening. i shall count my carbs etc.

and since we have an ab lounge, a treadmill (it don't work, but it takes muscle to push it, so it will help)
and we have an eliptical, and a wourkout machine thing.

so yea. i know im not gonna lose it in 2 weeks, I know this for sure, but i think if i keep it up, with my excercise and stuff, i can get rid of this stomach fat stuff. :)

/random thing.

Propel has lots of sugar, if i remember correctly. It's certainly not bad or terrible for you, but plain water is sooo much better.
