When you smoke weed, chemicals called cannabinoids are released into your bloodstream and bind with your brain. This, combined with a dopamine rush, is what gets you high. It's pretty normal for some cannabinoids to remain attached for a few days (or even up to a month for a very heavy stoner), which causes you to still feel kind of spacey or weird. I've heard of/ had headaches before, but I don't know anybody who has woken up nauseous or dizzy the day after smoking, though. If you inhale from your stomach too much when you smoke it will make you feel sick; maybe you have an upset stomach from getting too much smoke in it?

This is true, I remember burping and smoke coming out. It was 10-15 mins after smoking and I thought I was hallucinating
