So my girlfriend dumper me about two weeks ago saying she still liked me but wanted to hook up with other people. So we kept hooking up and she hasn't hooked up with anyone else. I just don't know how I'm going to handle it when she does. She's my best friend and I want to stop this because it's just hurting me but I don't want to lose my best friend. Any tips?

Yeah I guess I know I need to do that. I just don't know what to do because distancing myself from her is really hard because I still have feelings for her. But she's using me and I know it, and I realize if I move on there's a good chance I'll lose my best friend in the process (her). Guess its just something I need to do though.

Well, if you don't stop hooking up with her, you're going to lose your best friend, either way.

But trust me, she isn't worth it if she's using you like that
You just need to use all the strength you have to distance yourself from her.
Maybe even tell her to back off.
She may be your friend and all but apparently not a good one
You'll get through it :)
