so tmr i'm thinking of dying my hair black again since the first time failed miserably. i used starry night by loreal feria. it could be a bad box but i don't know. how many days should i wait after washing my hair before i permanately dye my hair? should i use conditioner or any hair products before i dye it? cause i dyed it 4 months ago black, ontop of old old light brown hair dye. it faded to a colour lighter than my natural hair colour in less than a month! it bled black every single time i washed my hair yet didn't bleed on any of my towels ( i know weird ) . any tips please?
( i'm going to be using the same brand again since i just loved the colour. )

You could always talk to your hair dresser, they can be quite helpful. They answered my questions when I needed to know something about color and my hair. Hope you get the results you want. =)

its because what you used was a semi permanent which is why id bled and faded, you cant by any permanent hair dye from chemists or supermarket, only in hairdressers, your better off just getting it done professionally
