1. Wear a tighter bra that pushes them closer in so that they look smaller (my friend does this - I thought she had Cs until she told me). 2. Try wearing clothing that looks more plain, that de-emphasizes your chest. 3. If it comes to it, you can always get breast reduction surgery. Which is probably a good idea anyways for back reasons.
