Coffee is treated like any other drink. A lot of people have it with breakfast, but if you want some at lunch or dinner, you can get it then too.

Its just as normal as asking for a Coke.

Yea. It's usually after a meal, everyone will stay and have coffee and maybe dessert. At least that's how it goes with my family.

I don't...

Days I work, I have it 2-3 times (2-3 beverages during that day, usually not regular brewed, specialty beverages), simply because I get it for free where I work, before and after my shift, and on my break.

At normal meals, I just stick to water or a soda.

I'm actually not much of a fan of coffee WITH meals. I don't mind having it with something little (like at work, they have little scones or muffins, pastry type of things), but it's not hydrating, so if you're eating, and you get thirsty, it's not going to to crap.
