'too much' is subjective and depends entirely on the person who is doing the using, not the opinion of other people (most of which probably do not use such substances in the first place, so they can't give but so much)

i personally dnt use drugs ive seen people go to shit using them then, getting addicted the cant eventually live without them

We can't answer that question for you. Is the drug use affecting your life negatively, is it making you sick? Usually drug addicts can't see what the fuck they're doing to themselves because they're so caught up in getting high.
It took me ODing and almost dying in my cousin's driveway to realize I was doing too much.

You dumbass. Coke is barely orally active. Heroin is barely orally active. Coke, heroin, and meth all cost a lot too, in fact, heroin and meth cost more per gram here than MDMA does. There is as far as I know absolutely no sample tested by law enforcement or by the testing sites that actually ever came back with heroin or coke in it. If someone wants to cut MDMA powder, more often than not they will use a completely inert cut, or at least a cut that's not another hard drug. Why the fuck would someone use an expensive drug as a cut that they could sell by itself when they could use something a thousand times cheaper? I'm not saying MDMA is never cut with anything; it is pretty often. But it's not at all hard to find uncut molly most places, and if it is cut, then most of the time it will be inactive.
