okay so i have social anxiety disorder, along with some other anxiety problems, its like ruining my life. hmmm thats a little dramatic but seriously, everyone who knows me likes me and thinks im fun and a great friend, i just started college and i'm too scared to make friends and be in big social settings with tons of ppl i dont know. i probs sound lame but idk anyone got ideas to help me chill the fuck out and talk to new people without having a panic attackk? nice things only pleaseee

I suffer from that too and i thought i was going to have problems making friends but everyone at college was pretty awesome and i made a ton of good friends on my floor with relative ease.
There were even times when i wished someone would be an asshole so i could get in a fight but it seems like people are actually pretty mature at that point. Could have just been the college i went to though, who knows.

im glad i got here in time. zoloft is BAD. it does NOT work. check with your doctor if you have bipolar disorder, cause if so it will just light the dynamite and you won't want that.
