No don't even talk to him like Zogby suggested. He does want you back, but he doesn't know how to tell you so he resorts to harassment. Just ignore him completely, no matter how long it takes, he will quit after awhile. I'm talking 1-2 months.

He has told me he wants me back. He has every couple of months  since we broke up. He  doesnt stop no matter what
