helllo ill give points or whatever to whoever can help me. I am taking college statistics and I am doing a section about finding the x and z values when the area under the normal distribution curve is known.
This is the actual problem..
Let x be a continuos random variable that follows a normal distribution with a mean of 200 and a standard deviation of 25. Find the value of x so that the area under the normal curve between the mean and x is .4525 and the value of x is less than u.
Ok now I have the answer in the back of the book but I have NO idea how to do this problem.
PPLEEEEEAASSSEEE HELP!! i have a test tomorrow
