Alright I just finished
The Documentary "Earthlings" that my oh so loving friend has suggested to me.
I was shocked and amazed at this movie. It pretty much changed the way I'll eat meat forever.
But I come with questions.
"With the exclusion with plants, we eat the living to live, So it might as well taste good"
As close minded as it sounds, its pretty true.
We eat animals to survive and it taste pretty fucking good. Tri-tip steak, fried chicken, roasted pork etc.

But looking for a right equality (coming straight from the documentary) Dont animals have the right to be on earth as we do? Animals eat other animals. But the way we do it, why is it seem to cruel and shocking than a lion gnawing on deer?
Even at most, animals that are killed are used for entertainment (bull fighting, cock fighting , etc. )

"what goes around comes around, then what do they get for their pain? "

Some say its fucking life, but is it not possible to live a life of merciless deaths?
With that said, off to eat some cooked steak.

its not like humans are the only ones that eat other animals to. I know alot of people
say that its just how things work... and there's an obvious reason for that.

Also I have been vegetarian for years and can tell you that unlike other animals that eat animals to survive, we have the ability to make decisions about what we eat and know that we don't HAVE to eat other animals to survive.

I'm pretty sure animals don't think other animals deserve a right to live when they're hungry....

But sure the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle is feasible. And there's a lot of meat substitutes out there that many people swear tastes like meat. Vegetables can taste good.

Animals have no rights. In this world, it's kill or be killed. Plain and simple.

Then the whole debate is moot.

I wanna throw out there, that sure eating animals is a part of life.
And we want to live life as best as possible.
I find it okay to kill an animal. It happens.
Lions eat antelopes ( heatherette questions a lion eating deer. So i'll change that :] )

Death is natural. But I believe the things we do is torture before death. Its not inhumane to kill. But its inhumane to kill for the wrong reasons and wrong ways.
A one second decapitation to a cow with its its last thought on eating a patch of grass is better than slitting its throat dying a slow pain death crying in terror
