why is 34B considered a small bra size??

okay most of the girls on the internet (especially lw) claim to have a C or bigger and they say a B-cup is small but when i look around at the girls in my classes (i'm a junior so the girls in my classes are like 16-18 and done developing) and when i'm out in public there are a LOT of girls who are like totally flat chested. i mean some girls have big boobs (that aren't fat) but it's not very common-only like 20% of skinny girls are lucky enough to have boobs

I wouldn't say its HUGE, but its not what I'd consider small.

Its just nice.

In all honesty, guys aren't REALLY going to care that much. They just want something to grab, and I can tell you 34B has plenty of that.

mine are a 32 Double D and trust me I would rather have smaller boobs cos its so much harder to find clothes this fit or look flattering
