I lift weights prolly 3-4 days a week now.   It was more like 5-6 but im a little less motivated then i was.  Im trying to get bigger.  At the moment i think i wanna get to the point where im ripped at 180lbs.  Thats going to take a lot of work though.

What do you guys do?  What are you trying to achieve?

my dad is kicking my ass these days. he used to own a gym and now he's taking his physical trainer role way too seriously. but i don't complain, i just do what he tells me to do. usually consists of circuits and various free weight routines, plus a hell of a lot of pushups, running, stairs, agility drills, and the giant bar thing i use for squats and bench press.
