"A soldier will report to duty station not later than 2400 on the last day of leave." so surely...he can just come while he's on leave, as long as he reports on the last day of it before midnight?

yeah i just went through some huge document on the regulations about it and it mostly says that if you go abroad it has to be a safe area...like, nowhere underfire or whatever...so yeah he just can't get hurt lol
