I know so many people who just have tons of casual sex and are fine and completely clean so I mean how common are STDs.. if all the people I know have random sex and have no STDs then it should be ok

Most people dont know they have STDS. I had casual sex for a while and then randomly got tested and found out I have 2 STDs. You can have STDs without having symptoms
